If a cancellation meets these conditions, the buyer will receive a full refund. For more details, visit our Return and Refund policy.

Return of Made-to-Order Products

All products not specifically marked with the "from stock" label are made-to-order and are tailored specifically to your preferences. While stock products are returnable, made-to-order items come with a specific return policy. In the event of a return or refusal of a made-to-order product, a 30% restocking fee will be applied. This fee is calculated based on the total purchase price of the made-to-order item. For more detailed information, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.

Product Warranty

Every product available through our Service comes with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. For further details on the warranty, please refer to the Warranty section on the website.

Shipping

Our shipping policy is designed to provide a smooth and efficient delivery experience for our customers. Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors such as weather, carrier delays, and other unforeseen circumstances. For more details on shipping, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

Online Payment Methods

To ensure a secure and efficient checkout process, our website's transactions are processed through Stripe. Stripe supports a variety of payment methods, including major credit and debit cards, along with certain digital wallets, to accommodate your needs. Our goal is to make your payment experience as smooth and secure as possible. Be aware that all transactions are governed by the processor's terms and conditions, available on their website.

Alternative Payment Method for Made-to-Order Products

For made-to-order products, we offer an alternative payment method to our standard online processing. Customers have the option to pay a 30% deposit at the time of order and the remaining 70% prior to shipping. This can be done via bank transfer or a payment link provided by us. Please note, in the case of cancellation, return, or refusal of the made-to-order product, the initial 30% deposit is non-refundable. If this method suits your needs, please reach out to us via email at info@feydom.com for further instructions and assistance.
